Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they're handed off to the carrier. Processing time doesn't include the days your package spends in transit — that's covered separately below.

Where We Ship

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States, and specifically to the contiguous 48 states. We're not yet able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor outlying islands, military addresses (including APO/FPO/DPO), or other U.S. territories. If your address falls into one of these categories, we recommend reaching out to us before placing an order so we can let you know if service becomes available.

Estimated Delivery Time

We like to be upfront about how long things take, so here's the full breakdown:

Order processing: 1–3 business days
Transit time within the contiguous U.S.: 5–10 business days
Total estimated delivery: approximately 6–13 business days from the day your order is placed

Please keep in mind this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs inspections, public holidays, and carrier or flight delays are outside of our control and can occasionally push delivery past the estimated window.

Shipping Rates

Orders totaling $0.01–$34.99: a flat $6.99 shipping fee applies
Orders totaling $35.00 or more: shipping is free

Free shipping is available only for orders delivered within the contiguous United States, in line with the shipping coverage described above.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PT) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed on the next available business day.

Where Your Order Ships From

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located in the United States, so you won't be waiting on an international shipment to clear customs on our end.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package's journey anytime at https://www.17track.net/en.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We want your order to reach you without a hitch, and an incomplete or incorrect address can lead to delays or, in some cases, a lost package. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Sales Tax

All prices shown on our site are exclusive of sales tax. Where applicable, tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping state you provide — you'll see the exact amount before you complete your purchase.
